Diabetes tracker without food logging
Glu Sight is a focused iPhone diabetes tracker for glucose, insulin, medications, Apple Health data, insights, and reports, without calorie or food logging workflows.
Not every diabetes tracker needs to become a food diary.
Some people want a clear place to keep glucose, insulin, medication, and Apple Health data without adding calorie targets, meal photos, carb databases, or coaching flows they did not ask for.
Glu Sight is built for that more focused workflow on iPhone.
Track the parts of your day you want to keep
You can log glucose readings manually, add simple meal context when it is useful, and track insulin or medications when they are part of your routine.
The app can stay glucose-only if that is all you need. If your routine changes, insulin, medications, reminders, and compatible Apple Health data can live in the same place without changing the basic workflow.

No calorie target or food-scanning workflow
Glu Sight does not estimate calories, scan meals, or try to become an AI food logger.
That is deliberate. The app is designed to keep diabetes tracking focused on the data you choose to record and review, without turning each day into more admin.
If you want an even more focused manual workflow, see manual glucose tracking without a CGM.
Review your own history in context
Glucose entries become more useful when you can look back across days and weeks.
Glu Sight organizes your history into charts, trends, time in range, estimated A1C, and optional Insights. You can review repeated high or low windows, bolus response, and other patterns in your recorded data.
These views do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, dosing recommendations, or clinical decision support. They give you a clearer record to review on your own or discuss with your care team.

Apple Health when you want it
Apple Health is optional. You can keep logging manually, connect compatible glucose and insulin data through Apple Health, or use both over time.
That means the app can fit an iPhone-first routine without making connected devices the only path to useful tracking.

Keep reports practical
When you need your history outside the app, Glu Sight Plus includes PDF and CSV exports for glucose and insulin records. You can keep a personal archive, prepare for an appointment, or share a readable report with your care team.

A simpler diabetes tracker for iPhone
Glu Sight keeps the core record together: glucose, insulin, medications, Apple Health data when available, insights, reminders, and reports. It leaves out the food logging and calorie tracking you may not want.
