Blood glucose and insulin log app for iPhone
A focused way to keep blood glucose readings and insulin doses in one daily log on iPhone, with manual entry and optional Apple Health data.
When glucose readings and insulin doses live in separate places, it is harder to look back on the day as a whole.
Glu Sight keeps both in one iPhone app. You can log glucose manually, record insulin doses when you track them, and review the two together in your daily history.
One daily view for glucose and insulin
The Home view brings together your glucose summary, total insulin, time in target, and the day’s chart. Insulin doses appear in their own lane alongside glucose readings, so the record stays easier to scan without turning into a spreadsheet.

That context is useful whether you log one or both. You can keep the app focused on glucose, or add insulin tracking when it is part of your routine.
Log the details that matter to you
There is no requirement to build a complete diary before the app becomes useful.
You can add a glucose reading, choose the time, and include simple meal context. If you track insulin, you can add a dose in the same app and keep it alongside the rest of the day’s history. Medication tracking can live there too, without asking you to use food logging or calorie tracking features.
For a manual-first workflow, see manual glucose tracking without a CGM.
Apple Health is optional
Some people enter everything by hand. Others use compatible glucose or insulin data that appears in Apple Health. Glu Sight supports either workflow, or a mix of both over time.
Apple Health is not required to use the app. It is an optional way to bring compatible data into the same history when that fits your setup.
Review history, not just one entry
A log is most useful when it is easy to come back to.
Glu Sight organizes your recorded history into charts, trends, time in range, estimated A1C, and optional Insights. These views help you review what is in your data. They do not provide diagnosis, treatment advice, dosing recommendations, or clinical decision support.

Keep your record ready for later
When you want a copy outside the app, Glu Sight Plus includes PDF and CSV exports for glucose and insulin history. You can keep a personal archive, prepare for an appointment, or share a readable report with your care team.
